NTC strongly suggests you ship your submissions via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS (Registered/Insured mail) . Be sure to insure your package for the full value. Shipping your coins in a secure cardboard box, or a re-enforced mailer, well taped is recommended. Be sure to secure your coins in a safe "T" mailer, or some type of packing material so that your coins will not move in the package during transit is also recommended.
Follow the guidelines in the TERMS, CONDITIONS and INSTRUCTIONS FORM for submitting coins to NTC. All coins must be submitted in 2-1/2x2-1/2” flips, and each flip should be numbered according to the order they appear on the submission form. Proof coins must also be inserted into a poly sleeve prior to placing in the flip for protection.
For each individual submission, we recommend paying with a credit card for grading, shipping and insurance charges. Funds must clear for Checks and Money orders prior to your order being shipped out. Please make all Checks and Money Orders Payable to : "NTC II Grading"
